继续做甜品—让每个人都好吃得停不下来的台式红豆年糕!

台湾的点心好吃,我算是见识了。Julia的同学Pei Jen一家来我们家party,Pei Jen妈妈带来了两道甜点,期中的台式炸年糕让我吃得停不下筷子,尽管是高热量高糖分。当天我就要了recipe. 周末去中国店买齐了原材料,今天开工啦。

折腾了大半天,宣告成功手工,森森和Julia都爱吃,自然我也不例外。

再做杏仁饼,天啊,太好吃了!

今天又在家做了杏仁饼干,因为上次实在没有吃过瘾。今天把上次的recipe三倍,做了三十六块饼干,哇哦,超级美味。哎,体重啊,体重,怎么控制得了啊!

成品图。过程非常简单,失败率为零,试试吧。

Recipe:(12块饼干的量)

1. 无盐butter 40g融化。

2.40g绵白糖与butter混匀搅拌。

3.鸡蛋白40g(差不多一个鸡蛋白)与之前的搅拌。

4.40g cake flour 筛入拌匀。

5.40g rosted almond slice 加入拌匀。

6.将已经混合好的原材料用勺子盛入烤盘,均匀十二分,铺平。

7.在已经铺平的原材料上再撒上一些almond slice。

8.烤箱预热华氏350度,中层烤15分钟即可。

Before the Chinese New Year came, Dunzi and I got together and made four Yummy flavors of cookies.

40g butter,  40g sugar, 40 cake flour,40g nuts. Try it. You’ll not be disappointed.
