这个枣泥蛋糕已经做了好几个星期了，recipe一直没有来更新，必须来写下来啊，因为特别好吃，我不想以后忘记了。
这款蛋糕的口感是比较干的那种，我比较喜欢，不过森森和Juia喜欢软软嫩嫩的戚风蛋糕。

凉拌芝麻菠菜，yummy，yummy！
打着补铁的旗号买把菠菜回来吃。买回来就惆怅了，在家的时候，菠菜基本是用来下火锅的，现在又没有火锅吃，我该咋办呢。要控制体重，能量摄入越少越好，所以就凉拌吧。

做个缤纷的水果蛋糕来庆祝春天的到来
原来在米国也有庆祝春分一说呢。Today is the first day of spring。春天的第一天，尽管上午下了超大的雪，但是还是挡不住人们内心的喜悦。服装店的各种discount， free ice-cream store，children’s museum also free for kids。。。各种各样的方式，very very nice。
我也做点什么好了，做个缤纷的水果蛋糕庆祝春天的来临，如何，对于Julia和森森来说，一定是surprise。

原来芦笋应该这样吃
其实芦笋也吃过好多次了，不过总觉得做得有点问题，今天做的这个凉拌芦笋感觉特别对，咸香，清脆，色香味俱全，大人小孩都爱吃。Julia小朋友吃了十几段呢，妈咪们，试试吧。
做法：
1.芦笋去掉根部洗净，切成如图的小段。
2.烧沸水，将芦笋倒进，煮两分钟，期间不停翻搅。
3.乘出，过凉水，沥干水分。
4.食用油烧沸，加入蒜蓉炒香，加入黄豆酱，少许白糖和少许酱油，拌匀，做成sauce。
5.将已经准备好的芦笋倒入，拌匀即可。
各种形状的椰蓉曲奇饼
这几天特别勤快，做了很多好吃的，主要是想给自己找些事情做，不想让自己闲着。
这款椰蓉曲奇，不甜不腻，味道很好，以后过年不用买曲奇饼了，呵呵。
因为没有用裱花器，所以形状抱歉了一点，但是味道一点不差就好哈。
Yummy Cake
Today is Saint Patrick’s Day. I promised Julia that I would make a cake to celebrate it on the way to school bus this morning. And she emphasized she didn’t want cheese cake. She wanted the birthday cake kind. I said no problem.
And this was the cake she saw when she got home.
Very yummy, we all like it.
