1.cut garlic , ginger, bottom part onion and chili into small pieces, then put them in a bowl.<\/p>\n

2.boil the corn oil, then put it in the bowl as hot.<\/p>\n

3.put black veniger ,soy and sugar in the bowl, stir them well.<\/p>\n

4.cut the top part onion and coriander into small pieces, then put them in the bowl, stir them well.<\/p>\n

5.put the sauce in refrigerator for about one hour, then the sauce is ready.<\/p>\n

noodles:<\/p>\n

1.put the noodles in boiling water, boil 10 minutes. stir them all the time or it will get the pot sticky.<\/p>\n

2.get the noodles out into cold water, them get them out into big container.<\/p>\n

3.put some eating oil in the noodles, stir them well. them the noodles are ready.<\/p>\n
